PRF – Next-Gen PRP

What is PRP / PRF / PRFM?

Boost collagen. Revive tired skin. Restore with your body’s own power.

Selphyl® PRF is an advanced form of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) that uses a proprietary system to create a Platelet-Rich Fibrin—a longer-lasting, more stable version of PRP. This next-generation regenerative treatment harnesses your body’s own healing factors to stimulate collagen, enhance skin quality, and restore volume naturally.

PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) are regenerative injectable treatments that use your body’s own healing power to rejuvenate your skin from the inside out. These treatments begin with a small blood draw, which is then spun in a centrifuge to isolate the most nutrient-rich components—specifically platelets, growth factors, and healing proteins. Once processed, this golden concentrate is gently injected into targeted areas of the face, scalp, or neck to stimulate collagen production, tissue repair, and natural skin regeneration. Think of it as unlocking your body’s own ability to repair and restore a youthful, healthy glow—without the use of synthetic substances.

Ideal for under-eyes, cheeks, skin texture, and hair restoration, Selphyl® PRF offers a natural, chemical-free solution to rejuvenate skin from the inside out.

Are You a Candidate for PRP / PRF / PRFM?

These regenerative treatments are suitable for a wide range of patients looking for natural skin rejuvenation or early intervention against signs of aging. You may be a great candidate if you’re experiencing dull skin, fine lines, volume loss under the eyes, acne scars, or early hair thinning. They’re especially ideal for individuals who want gradual, long-lasting improvement without foreign substances or dramatic, instant changes. Most healthy adults can receive PRP/PRF-based treatments, though they may not be recommended for those with certain blood disorders, autoimmune diseases, or active infections. At Infinite Wellness Med Spa, we always begin with a personalized consultation to determine the best option for your goals and health history.

RECOVERY

Recovery after a PRP, PRF, or PRFM session is typically gentle and straightforward. Because the treatment uses your own biological material, the risk of inflammation or adverse reaction is very low. You may experience mild swelling, redness, or light bruising at the injection sites, especially in more delicate areas like under the eyes—but these effects usually subside within 24 to 72 hours. Some patients feel a slight tightness or warmth in the treated area as healing begins. You can return to most daily activities right away, although we recommend avoiding intense exercise or sun exposure for the first day or two. Your results will gradually develop over the next few weeks as collagen and tissue regeneration take place—offering a natural glow that lasts.
